Windshield defrost has no air blowing.

Asked by Dana Nov 17, 2022 at 01:52 AM about the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This is a climate control issue. I have no air
blowing on front windshield when set on defrost or
any defrost blend modes. In lew of defrost or any
defrost blend mode the air blows from the front
panels instead. The blower motor is fine with
strong pressure. Any answers on how to solve this
problem? Thanks

Chrysler products are known to have blend door and servo problems with the HVAC system and they are not cheap to fix. However I have seen a few that just needed the system reset so the computer could read the swing of each servo and door and adjust programming accordingly. Most good shops will have the equipment to reset it if that is what it needs.
