2010 chrysler town and country dead

I have a 2010 town and country that is dead. I
know it isn't the battery since its only 2months
old. And when I try charging it with my electric
battery charger it says it only has 6v but won't
charge it. I've not had a problem with my van
or my electric charger up till now. Can
someone please shed some light on what the
problem could be?!?
