my gas cap light came on i reset the cap before it went off monday it came back on i stopped twice the light wouldnt go off by the time i got home it went off the next day when i started the car the check engine light came on the car runs great  help

After much research, I found no way to simply turn off the CEL in a Hyundai, 2010 or otherwise, until the problem is fixed. You evidently have another issue..have your OBD codes read to find out what is going on. You can do that at AutoZone or most any large chain parts store free, write the codes down, the actual P followed by 4 numbers code and bring them back here.
