2001 skips when cold

after sitting out side for awhile car skips terrible on cylinders one and four, after car is totally warmed up it is fine.

could need a tune up, or could have bad head gasket. scan it for codes and then have a combustion leak test done on the radiator. you can do this yourself with a kit from the auto parts store for about 40 bucks. lot of good youtube vids on how to do it. It tells you if there are combustion gasses in the cooling system and would indicate a bad head gasket.
