Getting Terrible gas mileage for 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe

I have replaced the gasket liner, spark plugs, spark plug wires, mass airflow sensor and now the fuelr pressure regalutor...not sure what I else I need to do??? Any help?? Also it is misfring and smoking from under the car...is my baby a goner???

I was getting bad fuel economy from my 2002 Trooper, and found the steel fuel tube from the fuel tank rotted letting out fuel on top of the fuel tank. Also your oxygen sensor could be bad. They determine how rich the fuel is to the engine. Too rich wastes gas and gives black smoke and won't run right.
