It might but you may have issues driving it. Call a locksmith and get a key made and coded.

Doing that is only asking for trouble! Especially if the vehicle has a security system, which it probably does! Once the security system shuts down the vehicle you'll be forced to be towed to the Dealer for repairs and good luck with that on a 23 year old vehicle. Jim
