5.7 Hemi. Engine spins but wont start

I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. Engine spins but wont crank over
and makes a popping sound that comes out of the exhaust.

Do a compression test , cranking is turning over , starting is starting just so we're on the same page , If you got popping out the end on a cold start then I think you got big problems
