Can't open the door with the fob r the key

Went too the x6 this morning too open it did the tail gate it opened all the
door had opened not the drives door and will open with the key it will not lock
r un lock with the fob r key help thanks

Hi morning my bmw x6 would not open with the keys. The alarm just going off and when I try to open it it still not opening
