I can park it and wait a few days and go start it and it drives like there is nothing wrong with it till it does it again

Hi I have a 2001 hydyia elantra, it's manual and today I've had to replace the batter. my main concern is when I was driving my car it made a little noise then my car just stop moveing. the engine was still running and was fine but the car would just rev up and did not move does this mean the whole clutch is bad or maybe the clutch plate?? And when I let go of the clutch in gear it did not stall out like it should have it didn't even move or rev just sat there please help me asap!! 2 Answers

w/o, it doesnt. it throws a code for cam sensor. replaced and still does the same thing. car started fine and ran fine, and just died out of no where when this happened.

2016 elantra when put on drive will take time to engage in gear and then no problem,any one know wat it is? 2 Answers

it will take time to gear on drive but no problem reverse
