Whatever you do, don't go to a car dealer. Go to a reputable mechanic . Make sure you thoroughly research them. Remember, they're in the business to make money. A Dealer doesn't want to invest time or money so they will strip every conceivable part from the old engine instead of replacing questionable parts or parts that should be replaced. Labor is roughly $65.00 an hour at most dealers. Something to consider. Also, find out about their warranty . And above all get a Written estimate covering the complete job.
