If you're buying from a Dealer they will take care of that. If buying from a private person or out of your home State you'll need to go to your local motor vehicle agency to do the title transfer and registration. Also, if buying from a Dealer out of your home State, they will issue a temporary registration so you can drive the vehicle home. You must show proof of insurance before you can drive the vehicle off their lot. Hope that helps! Jim
