why would the smell of gas come through my vents into the juke car i drive?

If i turn on blower in the car i smell gas fumes

there might be a leak somewhere. is it only when you turn the fan on or do you get the smell when you turn on the a/c too? In any case call the nissan dealership and ask or go on a Nissan Juke forum

this is usually a fuel line leek near the fuel rail

it is most likely a fume leak that gets to the cockpit to the car

Check your recalls, we had one on our 2011 way back that had to do with the fuel tank/lines

I've had this exact problem. For me it turns out it was a loose metal clip (looked like a smooth jubilee clip with beveled edges) that held a pipe on to the turbo. As the turbo kicked in, the force of the gas would escape and come inside the car. If the car us the 1.5 diesel the clips can be bought from Renault Hope this helps
