Have the codes read , The clerk at auto zoo is not a technician they sell parts , Like many things in todays world newer cars can't handle any adversity

I agree, get the codes from the vehicle then run diagnostics for those codes before attempting to replace anything. It's old enough to have wiring or connector issues.
