is there any way to change the default air intake from outside air to inside air?

It's hot here and I would like to not have to remember to change the source of every time I get in the car.  Can this be changed

Thank you. I don't think I have auto. Will check with dealership. I guess changing it will become second nature like buckling up. I appreciate your help and quick response.

Have the same problem with my 2010 Silverado. I guess no one at GM has allergies or has to drive by skunks. WHAT a PAIN!. My Recirc button already has the paint wore off! I CANNOT switch do recirc when the DEFROST is on. FORD is my next buy.
