Have a 2011 Chevy Impala that has no power at all, no horn, no lights, nothing. Battery is good. Any ideas?

How do you know the battery is good? Have you tested it and if so what voltage is it putting out? Download this and see Chapter 10 Page 38 - maxi-fuses
