2011 Chevy Cruze

I noticed when driving and when parking that the fan attached to the radiator
(Cooling fan) was at a VERY high speed. Didn't see for any reason.
I have noticed though a potential coolant leak recently.
So my question is is the problem (In ya'll's opinion)
A) A thermostat issue (it was recently replaced)
B) Coolant leak issue
C) Anti freeze leak issue
D) Relay issue
E) None of the above and something else

The fan has to run at least part of the time when you are parked and it only has one speed.
