what could be causing the windows to stop rolling up ? Both front windows quit woring on the same day.

Hi padi, I would check your fuses and relays. It sounds like you blew a fuse that caused them both to stop working suddenly. They should be located somewhere on the drivers side on the interior of the vehicle and on the passengers side in the engine compartment. Hope this helps!

I as pretty sure a fuse or relay. but how without changing EVRY ONE of Them, is a god way to tell which one?

Fuse 17 powers both window switches and window regulators... check the fusebox under the hood by the driver's side strut tower, the cover should have the fuse numbers on it.
