I need to remove my alternator, how do i do it

Hi bmwmiami! That question indicates to me that you are in uncharted waters here. You will need a Chilton's to get you through this one. The ones they stock in the library don't often have that type of procedure in it, but you should check there anyway in case they have the Chilton's for your car as opposed to the bounds collections that are more common. Failing that you need to get to your local BMW dealer or Big Box Parts Store and purchase the Chiltons' for your 535. It will pay for itself 10 times over on this job alone by giving you the correct procedure, ensuring that you don't spend more time than you have to. Good luck!
