Limit light comes on my dash all of a sudden. What does it mean?

What speed does this occur? -- There is a computer controlled speed limiter on these models. Say you had a teenager and you wanted to limit their top speed to 70mph, this would enable you to do so. Open the owners manual and reconfigure the setting to a higher speed, or deactivate it.

Like mentioned above it is a setting in your idrive that you can disable so the light won't come on anymore.
