When I am at a stop light with my foot on the brake it makes a roaring noise and has a vibration sounds like a the compressor is running?

Car runs fine, just when I put the brake on at a stop light it makes a roaring noise and a vibration is felt.

Just out of curiosity, have you checked your brakes? If those are good, sometimes there is a little clip that is broken and it will make an odd noise, even if your brakes and rotors are good to go. Midas can check it and replace it for about $20.00.

Could also be a loose 17 mm bolt If it is coming from the front brakes. Either way have it checked out ASAP it won't go away it will just get worse.

Spark Plugs and or fuel pump. Check your service menu and see how much mileage the plugs have got left in them.
