what is wrong with my corsa utility 1.4 it is showing the exhaust gas oxygen sensor, how serious is this issue

the sensor is started showing now and it stays on as the engine is running

not realy serious it could just be the sensor that is faulty and the afermarket ones is consideribly cheap and easy to fix

help i remofe the gearbox...and now when i start the bakkie .. as i relies the cey it went dead
