what is the torque spec for the rocker arms?

Typically the method I use when doing valve jobs when tightening the rocker arms is to tighten them all loosely, run the engine, and tighten each one until it stops ticking, then add 1/4 turn. It almost has to be done this way. Torque specs are a suggestion but you sometimes have to do it by feel and listening. That said, a dealership should be able to give you the torque spec if you call their parts dept.
