Whining/buzzing sound

My 2011 Sequoia (119,000 mi) has started
squealing at intermittent times. Sounds at first if it's
the radio when I drive by power lines, but when I
turn the radio off, it still whines/buzzes. It stops
when I restart the engine. Any ideas?

im not really very sure my first guess was a loose belt but then i read on. it could be that if your stereo has a compressor to pull out the static and such that it has gone bad.
