best bet would be your independent parts dealer,not advance,auto zone.

they don't make 5 foot lifts =) but you have a pretty decent shot at finding one of craigslist if your looking for suspention lifts. and body lifts are pretty universal

http://www.canuckmotorsports.com/cat_ford_lift.html that's where i got mine... (2009 ranger 2wd) there is no 5" but with a t-bar" mod" and lift kit, i achieved about 4.5 inch lift..pretty decent...and a head turner.
