2011 ford ranger wont start, turns over but will not start

2011 2.3l will turn over but wont start checked fuel shutoff, still a mystery to me..

It's 2008 ford ranger See when cranking it takes a while to start It's just when you turn it off for a while And try it again it takes forever to start

Relay under right front of passanger side foot area was tripped common problem. It is suppose to be a inertia switch to cut off fuel pessure or a accident but trips too easily.
