2011 CRV Possible Exhaust Leak

I discovered that it was the "Throttle housing" and "throttle plate." This controls the air mixture into the combustion area. Sort of like what a carburetor would do. This sends signals to the computer which in turn communicates with the transmission. So the low acceleration was because the transmission wasn't receiving accurate information to providie proper gear ratios during rolling acceleration. The dealerships will try something else first adding to the final bill. This is their "bread and butter" scheme for more profits. It's like confusing new car customers into buying extra services you'll forget you have and never use. Thats where their REAL profits come from.
