The oil pan is rusted/rotted. Is there a product to repair it instead of replacing it? Thank you

I would advise replacing it. But I have had descent results using jb weld or quick silver to repair pans before. Must make sure it is clean and all paint and oil are removed before applying any products to the outside of pan. Otherwise they won't work.

I recommend dropping the pan just a little bit don’t remove it because then you’ll have to take off motor mounts and jack the engine up so it will sit evenly so anyway unscrew the bolts a little bit and put some rtv gasket maker around the pan and the torque to spec and then get some high temperature or actually I guess you could use the rtv and put a thin bead around the pan hopefully it will slow it down if not completely stop the leak
