2011 Armada has 2 different temperature coming out

Even though the temperature is set the same The
temperature on the driver side is not the same as
passengers.  Passengers side is blowing the right
temperature, but drivers side is not.  The  dual button is
pushed.

Nissans are known for having issues with the blend door actuators. I would say this is your issue. Have you heard some noticeable plastic grinding noises recently? This would be the gears grinding. These are generally behind the dash.

Only noise we have heard is one from rear panel sometimes. When the rear air is turned on they make a clicking sound
