2011 Hyundai Elantra radio comes on plays for a bit goes off comes on goes off and comes on

Radio plays for a little bit then it goes off then it comes on then it goes off what should we check for

2011 want to know how to fix radio that goes off plays then goes comes on goes off comes on goes off

Usually find that Amplifiers can randomly cut-out and then come back on and off.... (as long as your Main/head unit looks unchanged, lights stay on, etc).. Challenge is to find it whether it's internal in the head unit or if it is external somewhere in the car. Different models come with different sound systems so can't say for sure where it would be other than some I've seen with the 'better' sound systems have them hidden behind trim in the trunk. If you have speakers mounted rear deck behind back seat sometimes you can trace the wiring and it will lead you directly to the amp !!
