looking to buy a 2011 Silverado 1500 4 door rwd  I don't no nothing about RWD

Not very good. Put about 800 pounds of salt or sand in the box. It will help a lot, plus you can use the salt or sand if you get stuck.

Yes incredibly better in the snow. I've lived in northern Illinois for all my life and I've never owned a 2wd/rwd.
