My truck

I had my oil changed yesterday then this morning it was
dead the radio and lights worked but it wouldn't crank
until I jumped it off. Then stopped for gas and it acted like
it didn't want to crank again but it did. While driving it will
go low and then it would go back up but for the most part
it is low. What could my issue be?
