Why am I am having problems starting my car?

There are times when I try to start the car and nothing happens, yet my lights
work, radio comes on. Then I can wait about an hour and it will start as if
nothing is wrong. At least once a week this will happen. I have noticed that
while driving that some of the lights on my dashboard will go out then come
back on.

make sure batt. terminals are tight , check any fuses for interior lights/" engine control " for discolor on tabs . Connect with ECM with scanner tool , it could be the computer on it's way out .
