We spent a day I the snow and when I tried locking the doors remotely it did not work.
Then, I tried locking mannually from the driver side and the passenger side it still did not
work. The only thing that works remotely is the trunk. The only way to lock the doors Is by
pushing the pin down and opening the doors mannually is pulling the pin.

setting in your menu system to lock or unlock.doors and auto lock should be engaged as well
Hi Marlon. Happy new year! I tried it and setting was set to unlock and auto lock and I also removed the setting to auto lock but no luck..
hi you have both keys???? the only way your vehicle will not lock like this is if it senses there is a key in the vehicle so you will not lock your self out ...
Hello, no I did not have both keys at the time it started to act up. I
Mine started doing the same thing last night. It has worked fine up until now. I got home and my doors won't lock or unlock from the remote or the door. The only one that does is the trunk door. I have to manually push or pull up each pin. Very frustrating....
I took it to Dodge and the solution was replacing the computer system that cost us $1200. (The part was $850) with labor and taxes.. Unfortunately, there is no after market for this unit.
next time run your own power wire to the door locks and skip the computer system. much cheaper.
