Power to the starter
My 2012 Chevy Traverse won't start I've been having this problem since yesterday at 10:08 am and later on that following day the power starter just shut down my power in my truck I need help any suggestions?
Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good, on all ends not just at the battery. Voltage and ground both are important. See the diagram, if starter motor won't crank the engine, pull starter relay, use jumper wire between terminal 30 and 87 cavities. As you can see terminal 30 is hot all the time and fuse protected The starter motor should crank the engine, that doesn't mean it will start. If you try that make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. In the past, I have left key on then jumped the relay, the vehicle started, different vehicle. I don't know if yours will start and run? Just a thought.
