Rear marker, license plate, back up and body marker lights don’t work. Turn signal and brake lights are working, please help

My 2012 Chevy cutaway cargo van has no parking light
no lisence plate lights no back up lights and no body
marker lights in the back of the body. All fuses under the
seat are good.  Plz help me with this ongoing problem.   
FYI I did run a bunch of new wiring and things worked and
came back on for a couple days and last time it worked I
shook the wiring in rear and they came back on for 2
days.  I have a feeling it is something in the rear wiring
harness    Plz help
