I have a 2012 impreza and need an engine hearer; what is better, a block heater or a circulator heater?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I live in a cold climate and am anticipating starting problems.

I'm two hours north of Toronto Canada, -24C this morning; I have block heaters in both my Impreza's. I do this to all my cars, not because they might not start, just because a pre heated engine last's longer and warms me up quicker :-)
