Hi, just bought a used Dodge grand caravan 2012, the number on the
odometer was about 72K Km. But on the Garmin GPS installed originally on
the car it was more than 130K Km.... Can anyone explain please?

Get a CARFAX and see if any repairs were made higher than this 72km you have on it now. Sounds fishy.

How many digits are on the odometer? 5 or 6?

I agree, check with carfax for any kind of service records over 72km. Another remote possibility , was the radio/gps changed out with one from another van. This would involve putting the vin # into the unit probably by a dealer.
