So, that means it is a generic type code and not vehicle specific meaning that to get the code you would need to have Honda read the codes with their equipment, or get a Honda Manual specific to your vehicle, or just start the search via any Honda Repair forums for your specific year. Hopefully someone here will read your post and know what it means.

@tennisshoes- I have had both good and bad luck over the years with many scanners, including 3 different models of Actron & Mac Scan Pro. Some worked great on some models and crap on others and also vice versa. It is only the basic generic standards that most of them meet, unless you are career mechanic or die hard car devotee, the extra funds for top level stuff is a hard stretch. Very unfortunate for the everyday enthusiast who runs multiple cars as I do (currently 5) and does their own repairs and rebuilds except for trannys. I especially love it when they tell you INCLUDES and your vehicle(s) are specifically mentioned, only to run the codes and get the BS message for a generic code and followed by see vehicle service manual.

121-11 122-11 123-11 124-11 Vehicle Stability Assist Solenoid Valve Malfunction; according to the Honda dealer scan reader , they mean the ABS control module is bad and need replacement.
