2012 Mazda 6 strange noise

Two things I just noticed when I turn my car off I hear a little motor running in
the engine compartment for about 20 seconds then it squeaks and shuts off.
Plus my red flashing security light on the dash continuously flashes all night
which it never did before

Thanks for the info yeah I know what the fan motor sounds like it's definitely not the fan motor it's a very faint tiny motor sound up near the firewall Center of motor that runs for about 20 seconds then squeaks before you can hear it shut down it even does it having the key to accessory and then shut it off
