ABS kicks in at low speed?

Happened twice on the speedbreaker. I brake
before going through the speedbreaker. Speed was
low. But abs kicks in. Why and whats the problem?

It could be a rusted or broken tone ring, causing the ABS sensor on that wheel to activate the ABS, You will usually have this issue at very low speed or turning into a parking spot.
