Kia optima 2013 sat Nav stop working

Have a Kia Optima 2013. Satnav stopped working radio still works and
Bluetooth .

Replaced radio from other working car and same problem

Click on sat Nav goes to the agree button and then freezes

Any. Help would be nice thanks

From the information you showed and checking the internet it looks like this is not an uncommon problem, most that were fixed were either a reboot of the system by removing all of the audio system fuses then putting them back, those that it didn’t fix went to the dealer and had the unit replaced with new ones or the dealer was able to reboot and to date the system. You might be better off cost wise going with an aftermarket unit.
