Definitely not a top notch Car Dealer if they STILL have a car posted for sale on July 20th that sold on July 1st. Do yourself a HUGE favor, DON'T do business with them (If their Internet Sales Dept. is this inept, there might be bigger problems with this Dealer). I wouldn't drop 24k on a Kia either, but that's just me...

Shady Dealers usually advertise cars they don't have. Especially when they are looking to move out their old inventory (2015's) in preparation for the 2016 models coming out soon. They count on getting you in their showroom to tell you how they can get you into the seat of their new car models for the same monthly payment you would've paid for the used one they no longer have. Watch out for Michael Kia because I've had a negative experience with them also. Make sure you look for a Certified Pre-Owned used car or a Private sale where the Seller has meticulous records.

I sell used cars daily weekly monthly. I buy em fix em sell em. I don't go to dealers just over priced junk. I give way better deals and I'm honest and fair .. and I never hide issues I fix them

Georgianne, I just looked and there are no listings with the 2013 SXL from this Dealer so perhaps it was just an oversight that you have brought to their attention after emailing their Manager who immediately acted on having it removed. It appears Old Saybrook KIA is not engaging in underhanded tactics after all. I guess they're just human and weren't on top of their game. Let's give them a mulligan on this one.
