How can I get Sirius XM loaded into my 2013 Ford Edge

I bought used 2013 Edge.  I want to add Sirius XM but when I push Sirius
button on radio the message is..Sirius not available check with dealer.

When i tried to activate Sirius XM through Sirius XM they say contact my
dealer.

The dealer is the one who should have to activate the SXM radio if it does not automatically reset. You can always try to download the SXM Dealer app and try to update it yourself. Hope ithis helps.

Removed it from 2008 ford edge but now can't play music that I had downloaded on my phone
