2013 hyundai elantra flasher relay location

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Does anyone know where the location of the flasher relay is?
I looked under the steering wheel and couldn't find it...the problem that i
have is : the blinkers are not working, and inside the car on dashboard the
right blinker light stays on all the time even though when the engine is off, I
have replaced the BCM  and disconnect the headlight connectors but the
problem is still there, so i am thinking it might be the flasher relay

Can you hear any "clicking" when you hit the hazard button? The 2013 is an updated system

Then I think I should replace the interior fuse box....thanks!
