Cluster and wiper malfunction

My cluster stops working and wipers
turn on can anyone tell me what to do,
should I replace the cluster?

Sounds like loss of grounds, as it is a Chrysler product that just compounds the matter. So grab the wiring diagrams, component locator, multimeter and start checking circuits.

If you have an aftermarket stereo, check for a bad ground there first. The root of many electrical problems is aftermarket equipment! Hope that helps! Jim
