I just changed my battery alternator and my starter...well the starter i had tested and its fine so i just put it back in...but now my car wont start

I had it running last night for 20 minutes but
this. Morning i went to start the vehicle and
it wont start i could hear some clicking by
the fuse box..what does. Everyone think? Its
a 2004 hyundai. Elantra gt

is the battery charged the click by the fuse box it the starter solenoid engaging the starter gear but it is not strog enough to turn the engine

The battery is brand new...so do i need a new starter fuze?
