Clutch life

I have a Kia Rio with a broken clutch. It's
done 65000 miles and is still under
warranty, but it seems the clutch isn't
covered. Is 65000 miles acceptable for
complete clutch failure?

You think it would be but it's normally 3-5 years or 50,000 miles. Now clutch can easily be damaged so that might cover it like a trans
A clutch is warranted for 5 years or 50000 miles along with other car components. The life of the clutch depends, not just on the mileage, but the way you drive. Some people use the clutch instead of brakes when the car is on a incline (hill). This wears the clutch disk fast.
