1994 Isuzu pickup 3.2 engine. Can a Chevy or another make be swapped into this truck?

It would be a full custom install. There are companies that will make an engine wire harness with aftermarket computer to run just about any engine in any rig. You would have to use an engine and tranny combo, and get that mated to a custom driveshaft, you'll also likely need custom mounts if there aren't any off the shelf ones. You should also check your state's smog laws as this would not likely pass. You do have the vehicle's age in your favor as most states with smog laws don't apply those to vehicles over 25 years old.
