Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2013 Town and Country Van.  Passenger side sliding door is open but won't
close, can't even pull it closed.  Cable broke, so I pulled that out.  Can't close
door, even manually, and nothing appears to be blocking the track.. Help..

Did you find the problem? I have a tension cable near the track that gets stuck halfway.... it’s supposed to retract with the door I guess. I had to unscrew it just to close the door.
