There is a chiming noise coming from the dash but there are no lights showing up on the dash. What is the problem?

2013 Chrysler town and country. There in a chiming or tone that goes off
when the van is turned off and on, but when that happens there are no lights
or warning signs on the dash. Looked through the owners manual but it does
not sat anything about problem.
